INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING ON-LINE FORMS:

To use the on-line forms you will first need the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 (see above).  Once you open the form, move your cursor into a field until it turns into an I-beam.  Click once in that field and begin typing.  You can move to the next field using your TAB key or moving your cursor to that field and clicking once.

Applications and forms are in Adobe pdf format.  To view these document and to be able to fill them in on-line, you will need the latest version of the Adobe Reader.  If you do not have the Adobe Reader 6.0, you can obtain that free from Adobe's web site.  By clicking the Adobe icon, you will be forwarded to that site and will be able to download the Reader.  After downloading the file, you will need to complete the installation on your computer.
